LexisNexis Butterworths, a global leader in information and services solutions, today launched their first legal magazine in collaboration with CyberMedia, Asia’s leading media house. Priced at Rs 100 the magazine targets people from the corporate and legal fraternity like all commercial and corporate lawyers, as well as relevant persons in the lifestyle, travel and IT sectors.
It would also be targeted at high-level decision makers and key influencers responsible for purchase of products and services associated with the practice of law. To begin with subscription to the magazine will be by invitation only.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Aalok Wadhwa, Managing Director, LexisNexis Butterworths said, “ The magazine aspires to orient its readers to the rising growth potential offered by the corporate legal world in the current socio-economic environment. This perspective will be provided from both a national and international context”.
The magazine would encompass subjects like M&A’s, JV’s, Telecom, FDI, Outsourcing, Insurance, IT, Corporate Laws and Taxes. There will be columns like special focus, cover story, case reviews, news digest and legal sectoral coverage to highlight the current issues and related policy implementations.
